
Ingredients:
- 18 oz old-fashioned oats
- 7 oz sweetened coconut flakes
- 3 oz sliced almonds
- 1/2 C honey
- 1/2 C canola oil
Mix everything in a blender for 5 minutes; this will allow some of the oats to be broken down and make for a more homogenous mix.
Spread on a baking sheet and place in a pre-heated 350F oven.
Bake for 45 minutes until browned, spreading granola around the sheet every 15 minutes.
