My Broker Extraordinaire is picking me up soon to go check out some condos I have my eye on. By the end of the afternoon, I will be either extremely disappointed at what little my budget can buy, or excited at how much it can. I'll try to be an optimist and hope for the latter.
UPDATE: Well, it was a bit hit or miss, but overall, saw some pretty promising stuff. Looks like I need to up my budget by 10% to really get what I want though... M. Banker, will you be nice to me?
